How to get the AAM segments associated with unique id(profile ID) using server side API without using UUID/ECID/MID

How to get the AAM segments associated with unique id(profile ID) using server side API without using UUID/ECID/MID.

I have an application where we do not have web page or client side JS. Need to fetch the AAM segments(target cookies) using server API to send it to target for personalization.
