Is there a destination capability by Adobe to push segments to Linkedin?

I believe there is an option. You will need to have People-Based Destination featured turn on first though.

      try this setup to create a url based destination - same as you would use for fb. you just need to replace XXXXXXX with your linkedin pixel id

       

      Environment: All
      Type: URL
      Auto-fill Destination Mapping: Segment ID
      Data Export Labels:
      Serialize: Enabled
      Base URL: http://dc.ads.linkedin.com/collect/?pid=XXXXXXX&fmt=gif&noscript=1&data=%ALIAS%
      Secure URL: http://dc.ads.linkedin.com/collect/?pid=XXXXXXX&fmt=gif&noscript=1&data=%ALIAS%
