How to get access to Adobe Advertising Cloud Platform?

I'm not sure here is the right place to ask this question but I cannot find another place for help. Sorry about that.

We are the business partner of Facebook and Google Marketing Platform's Display & Video 360. Our team of certified analysts harness full-funnel channel management using the latest technology and tools to drive performance for our clients. 

We are interested in Adobe Advertising Cloud (TubeMogul) platform. Could someone tell me how can we get the access to it?

We have already filled in an application form in order to get an access to Adobe Advertising Cloud, but did not receive any answer yet.
