Dynamic Creative Optimisation Ad Cloud

I'm very new to Adobe Ad Cloud. I'm looking for documentation/videos on how DCO works as I haven't been able to locate any.

Or if someone with DCO experience can provide brief steps of how it can be configured/used, it would be greatly appreciated.
