Customer Support automatic mute when music plays (playing of music while on hold)

Description - App on phone that mutes any music played during a phone call (mute of music playing while on hold)

Why is this feature important to you - I won't have to only speak with customer support through text and chat messaging

How would you like the feature to work - As described
