AMO EFID in Adobe Analytics Reports

Hi All,We have an issue of AMO EFID getting lowercased in Adobe Analytics reports. Would you be able to kindly tell us the planning of EFID's and from where/how those qualities are maneuvered into Adobe Analytics reports.We remedied the url's getting lowercased from Adobe Launch, yet we could see the EFID'...

Hi Melissa,

The AMO ef_id is case sensitive and lowercase setting in Launch must be disabled. The ef_id will still show up in Analytics, but we won't be able to match it with the ef_id we save in AdCloud. For the ef_id being captured by Analytics correctly, it has to stay case sensitive and part of the page url (g).
