Not out right Sales Ops, but we use Workfront to align lead-gen related activities across our marketing organization (events, webinars, and campaigns). We are closely looking at WF-SFDC aligning together (and not using the current SFDC integration which is just requests in SFDC). Kevin O'Neill Amazon Web Services

We have a request queue that allows our Customer service team to request a new Bill of Material for new orders. The request goes to our internal engineering team. The engineering team returns a new part number for order entry. Daniel Cooley Kenall
