We would like to be able to send comments, questions, suggestions to other members of our support team on Requests/Issues that are not visible to the primary contact. Right now we have to go to email for these exchanges, which means the thread is not stored with the request/issue.
This feature really needs to happen please. We use the updates/document updates like email messages. It would be great to be able to make them private to a group or a team only. There are discussions that need to happen that shouldn't included a client or certain people. It would also be great if after posting an update you could go back into it and make edits. We use updates for notes to update stakeholders. Thx
