Enhance Proof Reporting ASAP

Description - Proof Reporting is very limited and we are not able to create a proofing dashboard for our team that includes all required aspects.

Why is this feature important to you -  Our teams are not able to successfully see what is or isn't left to proof, the sync for the Proof Document report is not consistent and our teams are left with proofs on their dashboard that complete but they can't remove them (constantly clicking on them to review already completed proofs)

How would you like the feature to work - Reporting needs enhance so you can join reports and not isolate it to one object.  We have had to dance around this with Fusion and it is costing us time and money.

Current Behaviour - Proof reporting is limited, inability to pull in additional objects into the reports.

We successfully use some version of proof reporting and proofing dashboards to help users identify and review proofs.

Are you willing to share some of the specific aspects of the reporting that fall short?

Are you talking about Proofs or Document Approvals specifically?

You posted your idea to the idea exchange, I'm not sure what all Adobe can take from this into something actionable to improve the product since so many important specific details are left out.  They might want a more clearer idea of how to enhance their reporting.

We are currently using an Active Proof Dashboard but we are seeing that the proof decisions are not reflecting in real time.  Example in screenshot shows Melissa as not having made a decision but it was already made.  It will not update until they sync the proofing data from the report (doesn't happen in real time).  This causes delay for our regulatory team (who have to make the final decision).

We are also experiencing the need to use Fusion heavily to get Proofing Data by creating custom forms to pull in proof data.  Start time of a proof, end of a proof, how many rounds/versions it took on the project.  Proof reporting needs enhanced to include more of the proofing stats.  How many people where on the proof, how long it took them to make a decision.  It is frustrating to have reports that can't combine, or are limited to only proof when you need project related data added.  On a project our team can select the brand the project covers.  We were not able to pull that into a proof report because it is project level data and not a proof related object.  It seems like a huge miss.  Thank you!
