Confession: I am bit-hoarder. My recycle bin is pristine, because it has never once been used.
I manage and maintain the custom layouts and create the filters, views, and groupings (F/V/Gs) for many teams and groups throughout our organization. I also tend to build these objects outside of the report builder, then apply them within the report builder, so the F/V/Gs are not confined to a single report.
Those two realities means I have a mile long list of project views, task filters, etc.
It would be really neat if the UI allowed me to categorize these objects into folders in their respective dropdown menus.
