I'd like to be able to track the progress of project deliverables based on task management of what we said we'd do, vs what we actually did.
The most logical way to do this would be to snapshot of a project plan on an ad-hoc basis, which would identify what tasks I was planning on doing.
Then, at a later point, I'd like to compare what the plan looked like at the time of the snapshot, and compare to what was actually achieved - to give me a view to whether we're on target or not.
Ideally, I'd like workfront to give me the measure of success, i.e. if I said I was doing a task on 29/11/2017 for 2 hours, it would be nice if it showed that being successful, or not.
