Workfront Fusion count comments to ignore

I have a scenario built that automatically sets up users in Workfront.  I'm working on a new route, if an email address is spelled incorrectly, fusion will comment and tag the requester comment on the issue/request(which I've done), and then ignore the issue until the email address is corrected in the request.

What's your ask of the community around this scenario?  The forum works best when you have a specific ask rather than as a general substitution for Professional Services-style engagements.

How do I configure Fusion to read or count the number of comments in an issue and then ignore it.
