Took me forever to realize that it is a hidden folder (work PC)It totally worked, I deleted the 8.2 folder and everything is back!Thank you VERY much!

I do not have that folder under my username.....I am running Windows 7 if that makes any difference at all.The only folder I can find that is close would beC:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 9.0\Designer 8.2But the folder content is not even close to the picture you posted.
