Yes, it requires that you create a project in the developer console that's hooked into the User Management API, and then Fusion works thru that project. There are built-in modules for interacting with this API, "Adobe User Management".

If they came in as federated, then more than likely they already have existing accounts that are federated in their own Adobe Admin console, I'm pretty sure.   As far as forcing an Adobe ID, I'm not sure of a way, maybe someone else can chime in on that.

You could for sure do this with Fusion, a couple of different ways. Would it just be broadly within the system, every program just iterates by 1? Or you could bespoke it for certain parts of the number mean certain things, i.e. a couple of character could signify portfolio, you could include the yea...

Ok, I would put those documents into a specific folder on the project, and then when you want to copy files down just refer to the documents in that folder.

So you wouldn't be able to use regex, but you can do something like this.   IF( NUMBER({DE:Test Field})!={DE:Test Field}, "Text included!" )

(I suspect) It's so that Fusion doesn't have to download every single custom field to render it available to choose from, which prevents the problem that occurs when there are too many fields in the environment and fusion modules start timing out just trying to open them.

It was just a scheduled run, so it would check for any tasks with an operation ID but not an order ID every X minutes (I think it was 20? but I don't recall), no webhook required.
