Agree with Skye, this seems unclear. But I'll make some assumptions here. I'm guessing you have your request queue set up so that the only users who can add requests to the queue are "People in this project's group" (4th radio button in the below screenshot) And you're trying to switch the radio but...

@MorganHatcher  I wonder if you could create the fake user, then deactivate them.Then you could filter for deactivated users (or just create a filter for that specific user) and copy your deactivated user.

@Himanshu4 Any change on your webhook you have the Record Origin set to Updated Records Only, so it's not picking up new records?

Pre-Adobe there was an active Pittsburgh Workfront user group. I'd love to see that come back.

@hbeckner this isn't found on access levels, it's within Project Preferences. Setup > Project Preferences > Projects "Allow users to create projects without using a template" is one of the first checkboxes there, and can be unlocked to allow different groups to have that checked or unchecked.

You can now pin the Log In As page to the top nav to have it easily accessible.

If users can't log time on projects you may have that turned off in Setup > Timesheets & Hours > Preferences > Where users can log time > there is a checkbox there for Directly on Projects. If this is de-selected, users can only log time to tasks and issues.
