@skyehansen I don't know how you found this setting or why it's in layout templates, but THANK YOU!  After a quick test, it looks like this is going to work!  I'm going to try it out and keep an eye on the next couple new projects.  I'll update here if I run into any issues.  Thank you!

@HelenaWa1 , this is a bit of a guess, but I see your column says "Pln Dur".  By default, the column says "Duration".  Is this what the column is called on your other projects?  I wonder if it's a custom field and not the actual duration Workfront uses.

I have noticed the same problem in my instance.

In our process, new projects are requested through a request queue.  Project requests show up in the "Project Requests" project.  One of our executives then converts the request/issue into a project using a template.The concern is requests/issues aren't always converted to a project the day they're ...

I have also felt (and talked to my Workfront Account Manager) that support has been giving me the runaround more and more often.
