Screen Sharing Clarification

Hey Guys,

Been awhile hope everyone is doing well.

Qucik question about LCCS, was on the LCCS FAQ page and came across this post;

          "Does LiveCycle Collaboration Service provide screen sharing?

No, LiveCycle Collaboration Service does not currently offer screen-sharing functionality.

Screen-sharing functionality is only available from Adobe through our ConnectNow and Acrobat Connect

Pro web conferencing products."

So I have a question I am using the 2.0 SDK which allows screen sharing does 2.5 not allow it?

I am a little confused can I creat a screen sharing/ Co Browsing application using LCCS?

Hi Daniel,

Yes, you can create a screen sharing/ Co Browsing application using LCCS.

Screensharing functionality became available with LCCS 1.2.0 (back in August 2010) and will be available moving forward (so feel free to get the latest and greatest SDK - LCCS 1.3.7).

We will make sure to correct our FAQ.
