I am working on a fairly straightforward form, which is located at http://www.escswa.org/insurance/GBEForm.pdf
My supervisor would like to require a selection in the checkboxes of each section. (They would be required to select one of the boxes in the Health section and one in the Dental section).
I am working in Acrobat Pro, but when I go into the properties window of the checkboxes, it does not allow the option to require... I am guessing it is because it is between multiple fields. From the research I have done, there are ways to do this using LiveCycle Designer. I have the program but have never used it... hence my issues in following the instructions I have found so far...
Can anyone give me a "dummed down" explanation on how to do this?
