Reporting ability from a holiday form

Hi all,

I have a holiday form in which there is a drop down list where you choose the month you want to take holiday.  I have also set up 12 subforms for each month, so when you select a month eg. January the calendar for January becomes visible.

Where i am encountering a problem is when I export the data from this form...

I open the form in Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and run a batch export using the function Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet, now because i have the calendar for the whole year in invisible subforms the report extracts every field, which means almost 250 columns in the report...the reports doesnt have enough space for this.

Is there a way that only the visible Month is picked up by the Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet function, is there another way to export?
