I'm trying to get my form to do what I ask but...

I'd like to get a 'Start Date' and 'End Date' to fill from the Start Date field, exactly one year apart. So far I can't get it to accomplish this, any ideas??

The other issue I created is that I'd like to add a 25% discount to a Sub total on my form but if I tell it to -25% it subtracts .25 cents.
