Populate metadata in SharePoint 2007 with Adobe Form

I am using MOSS 2007 and Adobe LiveCylce Designer ES 2 Version 9. 

I want to create a fillable adobe form using designer and distribute to users.  When a user completes the form and uploads it to a document libary in SharePoint, the metadata fields will be extracted from the Adobe form.  Can anyone help?  Thanks!
