Mail address for user group

Hello all

I have a group of users and I have set up an email address for it.

I want to notify every user of the group when a task is assigned to the group's queue via email.

What's the best technique for doing this?

The group's mail account isn't getting any messages when a task is assigned to the queue ( I thought of setting up an automatic forwarder)

I have LC ES (8.2)
