I have a form in Lifecycle that contains 3 radio buttons in the content page and dependent on the selection of the radio button, it will determine what appears in the header. (3 different possibilities). It seems to work on the surface but when I go to print the PDF, the header content disappears. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
