JDBC service: Getting datasource/database connection passing userid and password

We are running Adobe Livecycle 8.2 in websphere application server.

We are using JDBC service in our customized process

Datasource is configured on websphere application server which requires userid and password.

This datasource is also binded to JNDI.

Can you please let us know how to get datasource/database connection which can take userid and password in JDBC service?
