How can I set an entire page to dissapear on click of a button?

Hi,

I'm pretty new to LC and I have a long dynamic form to build from scratch. This form will be used by Sales, who will (on the first page of the form)

"configure" the services and sections that need to appear on the form sent to the customers, then send it to the applicant to be filled. After configuring the form, I want my sale rep to click a save button that will both save the options chosen AND HAVE THAT FIRST PAGE COMPLETELY DISAPEARS. I really stuck here. Please help!
