Computer crash with LiveCycle ES4

My computer crashed that had LiveCycle ES4. I have another computer with Windows 7 and I have the license number but since the original was not uninstalled how can I reinstall. I do not have the budget for AEM Form Designer.

You can drop an email to cuscare@adobe.com and tell them your customer ID/EU ID and request for the new installer.

Thank you so much but unfortunately it did not accept my serial number. I will try Customer care and see if they can help.
