Session sometimes missing when pdfform is submited

Hello!



I'm using Livecycle Forms server to render a xdp-file into interactive pdf-forms.

Some of the customer losing their session data when submiting the form-data to server and its not because of the session timeout.



Is it any one how can help me with this problem?
