fields in wrong order in csv file

I've created a form in LiveCycle Designer 7.0 and have collected .xml files submitted via email. When I go into Acrobat and import the .xml files to a .csv file (to be read into Excel) the data field order gets changed. All of the fields are put into the .csv file in alphabetical order of field names. The fields are in the correct hierarchy in the .xml files, but wrong in the .csv.



How can I get Adobe to stop doing this, or how can I specify the order of the fields in the .csv?
