Barcode not filled with Adobe Reader 8

Hi



We are creating barcoded forms for surveys. Now, if our customers use Adobe Reader > 7.0.5, everything works fine, the data are collected by the barcode as expected. But if they're using Adobe Reader 8, the entered data are not collected by the barcode. For me it looks something like the collection of the concerned fields is not recognised in Reader 8.



We are using

Adobe Acrobat Designer 7.0

Adobe LifeCycle Forms 7.0

Adobe Reader Extensions 7.0

Why is it necessary to Remove the BARCODE in Adobe 8.0???

How we are going to recognizethe unique Form?

Hi Robyn, can you be more specific about why you are saying the barcode needs to be removed in Reader or Acrobat 8.0. This is certainly
not the case.



Adobe LiveCycle Barcoded forms are fully supported in version 8.
