Problems establishing SFTP connection for host in launch

Hi!

Still facing problems when trying to get a host adapter for SFTP configured.

I followed the instructions from 2018 (not sure if it is still correct): https://medium.com/launch-by-adobe/configuring-an-sftp-server-for-use-with-adobe-launch-bc626027e5a6

But all I get is "Failed" when testing the host.

On our SFTP server site, I see :

2020-10-27 16:22:49,947 mod_sftp/1.0.0[1234]: no supplemental groups found for user 'my_user'
2020-10-27 16:22:49,947 mod_sftp/1.0.0[1234]: user 'my_user' authenticated via 'publickey' method

So connecting the user works but no upload is established.
