I was trying to integrate Adobe mobile cloud sdk for to windows phone universal app, As per the Adobe documentation I have downloaded universal app SDK from the following link

after extracting zip file I got ADBMobile.DLL file .
I got the attached error while adding dll to my project References .
It seems these dll file are not supported to windows phone sdk
Also they are build using Debug mode and when we trying to upload build using debug mode integrated DLL the Microsoft store will denied to upload the same..
Please help , Let me know if i am missing some step.
I am using Visual Studio 2013 Express for windows, It would be great if you could provide me a running sample.
