Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection

I understand that Post_visid_high and Post_visid_low attributes can be used to determine a unique user of the visits. But some cases, we have got NULL values of these attributes. would like to know, how to understand these records.

Team,   We are not using Adobe Audience Manger so we have unchecked under the Adobe Analytics extension level but still we are seeing the Adobe Audience Manger calls/cookies under the site pages. How to remove or block the adobe audience manager calls from the build.   Thanks.
