Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection

  I am sending test values to web sdk through Adobe Launch and I get above error "Failed to Fetch" . Not sure what I may be doing wrong?   I have Web sdk extension with default settings ON.

Hi All, I setup one S3 destination dataflow and activated one segment using profile attributes. As per schedule dataflow runs and it get success, however I can see zero profiles received and not seen any files on S3 bucket folder. Please help here.
