We manage several branded versions of an app that all share the same short application name (the name under an icon, on the user's homescreen).
iOS correctly uses and reports the app's long name or ID so that the data is separated correctly in Adobe Analytics.
Android, however, reports using the app's short name, which ties each branded app's data to the same name. This obviously causes problems with reporting accurately.
What can we do about the incorrect use of the application short name instead of long? Has this been fixed in more recent versions? We are utilizing versions:
