What's the easiest way to have multiple language options/versions of an AEM App?

The AEM App I am creating needs to be able to display content in multiple languages. I'm not a developer and our company wants to find a solution that doesn't involve an API or coding.

What are some ways I can have multiple languages in an AEM app that is mostly comprised of Articles created in inDesign? Do I need to manually build out every article in multiple languages and have multiple versions of the App to download? There must be an easier way!

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated =)
