Following an upgrade from CQ5.5 to AEM6.2 migration of social content was attempted per the documentation -- https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-0/deploy/upgrade/upgrade-social-communities-from-55.html.
The migration tool, provided by Adobe (cq-social-collabmigrate-pkg-1.0.7.zip), was installed via the package manager. The bundle is stuck in the installed state and according to the system/console/bundles page is missing three dependencies.
com.adobe.cq.social.commons,version=[0.0.0,2.0.0) -- Cannot be resolved
com.adobe.cq.social.storage.buckets,version=[1.0,2) -- Cannot be resolved
com.adobe.cq.social.ugcbase,version=[1.1,2) -- Cannot be resolved
Prior to installation of the tool we installed the following updates/service packs: cq-6.2.0-hotfix-12785-7.0.zip
AEM-6.2-Service-Pack-1-6.2.SP1.zip
AEM-6.2-SP1-CFP2-2.0.zip
AEM-6.2-Communities-Livefyre-Feature-Pack-3-1.10.167.zip
According to its documentation the communities feature pack 3 provides cq-social-ugcbase-api-2.2.12.jar and cq-social-ugcbase-impl-2.2.21.jar.
How can we resolve the dependency issues?
Thank you
