We've had AEM installed on our Windows 2008 R2 SP1 using Partial Turnkey with Oracle DB. All is fine, until eventually we're not able to log onto the http://localhost:8080/adminui with the default Administrator/password or any of our user accounts. The only solution we have is to UNINSTALL AEM and re-install.
1) When UNINSTALL from Windows Program Features OR (Uninstall Adobe Experience Manager forms.exe), we get the error:

Our solution is to copy files from ..\Adobe\Adobe_Experience_Manager_forms\Uninstall_Adobe Experience Manager forms\Resource and place into C:\windows\Temp and re-run the AEM uninstall.
2) Next, we install AEM 6.0 (..\Adobe\AEM FORMS 6.0 ELECTRONIC SFTWR DOWNLOAD\lces_server_6_0_0_jboss_all_win\server\Disk1\InstData\Windows_64\VM\install.exe) under Administrator mode using Partial Turkey and Oracle DB.

We noticed that:
-The only option is to select DONE to close the installation.
-The files in ..\\Adobe\Adobe_Experience_Manager_forms\configurationManager have only a few files
-Starting ..\Adobe\Adobe_Experience_Manager_forms\configurationManager\bin\ConfigurationManager.exe has no effect
Please assist. This has occurred again, on a DIFFERENT server. We're not able to run ConfigurationManager.exe
