How to show dialog message on touch UI

Is it possible to show a notification/error message to the user while he is working on a translation project?

Example: an error happens when the user starts a translation job. It will show him following error:

Is it possible to show more than just the "Failed to start translation" text?

Out of the box - this is the functionality. It looks like its not coded to display a more detailed message. Look at the logs and see if more information is presented.
