Error: There is no IMS context configuration defined for ims.contexts.aio-cli-plugin-cloudmanager

I am trying to set up the Adobe IO CLI for Cloud Manager . I have installed the following,

node - v14.17.3

npm - 6.14.13

Adobe IO CLI - @adobe/aio-cli/8.2.0 win32-x64 node-v14.17.3

https://github.com/adobe/aio-cli-plugin-cloudmanager

When i try to install the Cloud Manager plugin using command : aio plugins:install @adobe/aio-cli-plugin-cloudmanager

I am getting the following error. » Error: There is no IMS context configuration defined for ims.contexts.aio-cli-plugin-cloudmanager.

I did all i could by reinstalling npm modules, deleting and reinstalling Adobe I/O CLI runtime. There is no luck. Even command like aio plugins:update giving the same error.

Checking in the forums so for not helped as all are dealing with issues/steps after installing Cloud Manager plugin.
