How can I share an app with the preflight 2015?

Can anyone explain why my grid would not be aligned?  I have gone through all my cards etc, to see if I could notice anything that would be off... but nothing. Please see the image, this is what I am currently experiencing.

I would like to add some PDF documents to an article that the user can view. (An ideal situation would be to have a collection of cards that go directly to the PDFs). Before, I would add them to the HTMLResources.zip and link to those files, but in the new 2015 DPS, I don't see a way to do that. Is ...

are there any good rules of thumb when designing your card images?how would you determine the "live space" for your card image?  so that your design does not get trimmed or cut off?

it looks like the custom fonts are not acknowledged with the preflight app.  Does this make sense?  They did show up before.
