Adobe Experience Manager Forms

I have a form which otherwise displays properly but in Firefox it includes a horizontal scrollbar along the side of the form. Is there some coding I need to do so this does not display?Thanks

I have a form which includes a few checkbox fields.  All of them are showing as red dashes in Safari on MAC rather than the box shape which displays on all other browsers on PC.  Is there some style I need to add to the page to fix this display? If so can someone provide guidance?Thanks
