Hi,
I want to get a background information on the details posted in the release notes. For example, below is a snippet from the AEM 6.5.13.0 release notes:
1. Is there a way to find out more details/documentations about the issue/enhancement?
2. What does the code at the end refer to (eg: NPR-38389)?
Kindly bear with me if this is not the right forum to post this question. Thanks in advance!

I would normally create a support case: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/admin-console.html#Support I hope you have access to do it as well.
Hi,
I believe these are internal tracking codes for Adobe. Typically, with these numbers, you can directly inquire with Adobe about a specific issue you are interested in, but generally, these are not publicly visible.
Codes prefixed with "NPR" often indicate issues reported by customers or users. Codes prefixed with "CQ" are typically associated with internal development or engineering tasks.
Hope this helps
Hi,
Thank you for your response. Do you know how to reach out to Adobe about this? Is there a support link or another platform where I can directly ask this to the Adobe team? I appreciate your help!
