3d assets Preview Issue

I am uploading 3d assets in the DAM but the preview is not coming for the same. When I use the same glb file, the 3d view is coming in the html but its not opening the view in space for AR.

Please confirm if you have installed all prerequisite AEM packages successfully. See https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-64/assets/three-d/install-config-3d.html for more details.
