How to stop receiving e-mails from Adobe forums?

Anyone know how to stop receiving e-mails from Adobe forums?  I get e-mails from forums-noreply@adobemarketingcloud.com every time a topic is started and replied.

Hi,

It sounds like you may have subscribed to a topic. You can unsubscribe from that topic by viewing the topic page and clicking the unsubscribe link
