Display own tracking code in incident list

When using the function "Ask a question" in the help section we always use the provided field Tracking code for own defined codes, so we can find old incidents faster. In the past this works fine because this field was displayed as column in the incident list and you could sort this column. But now it's gone. What's the profit of a tracking code if you can't search or sort it in the incident list. Please give us this feature back!
