Link is not working when we have tel keyword in page name

I created a page called telephone, If i try to use this page in any anchor tag then the href is not forming for that a tag.

ex URL:- /content/project/home/telephone.html

I have tried disabling the link checker and also tried removing all the configuration related to link checker but still the issue persists. This is happening in both author and publish instances. Has anyone has any idea what could be the issue?

Hi,

Is there any custom code that can be running for your anchor links? Can you check this on a vanilla AEM installation? I am not seeing this behavior on AEM 6.5.17, which version are you working on?
