SMS Do not contact Flag

Avatar

Level 1

Is there a way to see if a process ran that updated the sms do not contact flag from unchecked to checked? We currently have a deactivation file we receive that runs against that field, but in the same process also adds an X to the prefix of the phone number. So I know it's not that process and it has to be something else as the records in question do not contain the X prefix.

@hprice20, Usually, there's no source field associated with which one has updated the blacklist SMS field (Any blacklist fields). You will have blacklist fields and corresponding lastmodification datetime. In general, you can audit the following anything is updated the SMS flag,

  • Data Import workflow
  • Any landing pages that are updating the flag.
  • preference center if SMS included
  • Custom data/campaign management workflow
  • Handling SMS keywords
Thanks, Sathees
