Separate IPs of subdomains

Avatar

Hi Experts,

I hope everyone is doing well and keeping safe! I have a question I was hoping someone might be able to help with the best answer.

We would like to know if separating the IPs is possible for InComm's subdomains. Specifically, we would like to separate vanillagift.com from mastercardgift.com and thegiftcardshop.com.

Summary:
1. vanillagift.com on its own dedicated IP or IPs
2. mastercardgift.com and thegiftcardshop.com grouped on shared IPs

Questions:
1. Is this possible to do?
2. How long would it take?

Thanks,

Yes this is possible.

What you would need:

  • ticket to support to create the IP affinities
  • typology which references to the related affinity name

And indeed if there is already traffic, you may need to check on IP warmup etc

Hi @cconleylott,

I would suggest contacting the adobe deliverability consultant assigned to your company to get a deliverability strategy as this will be a key step in defining your subdomains and ip-warming process.

Thanks, Sathees
