How do you handle workflow/creative user workload split

Hi Community,

Hope you're all doing well. My company has engaged in an agency with the aim of taking on the more labour intensive creative builds to allow us internally to focus on the workflow builds and scheduling. Does anyone else have a similar setup? If so how do you arrange the work split between workflow builders and delivery builders? Particularly interested in how you handle things like who sets up the 'bones' of the email (connecting email to the workflow, typology rules, campaign naming, control groups set etc)? Thanks!

Hi @mlambert1,

My suggesting would be have workflow builders focus on to create the workflow needed so that you will have all the personalization elements required to pass on the delivery template. When you setup first time identify what you need to build the delivery templates, content block etc by delivery builders. By this way delivery builders can focus creating the delivery template needed and when ready can be attached to workflow for testing everything. Most of the things like workflow template, typology setup, program setup, campaign naming, control group are one time setup can be handled separately by keeping aside delivery template development.

Thanks!

Thanks, Sathees
