I am using the V6 version.
I have a problem with the notification of the errors.
I would like to receive an email in case of a workflow error.
I am tring to use the Supervisor section in Workflow Proprierties and also using the Template named Notification of the workflow supervisor (notifysupervisor) in the Execution Tab. But during the test I run, I didn't receive anything. In the Journal section said that there was a notifications, but nothing happens.
Can you help me with that? Do you have any suggestion about this topic?
Vous êtes vous bien ajouter dans le groupes d'opérateurs : "Superviseurs de workflow " ? En effet, même si le groupe est vide, Adobe dit qu'un message a été envoyé.
Pour ajouter un opérateur à ce groupe :
Administration > Gestion des accès > Groupes d'opérateurs > Superviseurs de worflow > Contenu > Ajouter

The number you see in the log is the delivery primary key. So you can find this delivery and check the logs to find out why the email was not delivered.
Alternately , navigate to Administration>Production>Objects created automatically >Technical deliveries > Workflow Notifications
and find one with the name :
Notification of the workflow supervisor
This is the triggered delivery for workflow failures and if you check the audit and delivery logs , it should point to the cause of the failure .

This is the error that I see in the Workflow Notification folder.
I think this is the reason why I can't receive the Error notification.
Do you know what this error mean?
If you check the Source of the template notifySupervisor , you can find the datasource reference .
Workflow '<%= dataSource.workflowLabel %>' (<%= dataSource.workflowName %>)
Somehow , this template is not able to pick the workflow label or name and throwing this error.
Did you make any changes to the template manually ?
